We guarantee our stock to be true to name and of first quality.   Any heights or description of growth and habit are purely comparative and relate to our knowledge of these plants and are given purely as a guide as they can vary greatly within different localities.

Online Orders

Roses are posted bare root from November to end of March.   At all other times the Rose(s) will be wrapped in biodegradable hessian, the roots will be contained within a ball of soil, commonly referred to as ball-rooted.  We endeavour to reduce the use of plastic in our deliveries, so avoid the use of plastic pots.

We provide options for first class postage based upon whether the Rose is supplied Bare Root or Hessian Root Wrapped - (48 Hr Parcelforce express for heavier orders).  It is the responsibility of the customer to select the appropriate option based upon the number of Roses being purchased.  In the event that the incorrect postage option is chosen we reserve the right to post the item(s) second class.

Payment

Debit and credit cards are deducted at the time of your order.  No roses will be dispatched without prior payment.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Current prices are those indicated and supersede all previous prices.

Substitutes

No substitutes will be made if this is indicated. When substitutes are requested we will select varieties of equal merit and colour. No additional charge is made when substitutes are of greater value.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders should be paid within 30 days. All roses remain the property of Parkside Nursery until account is paid in full.
